(18+) Boccia is a target ball sport belonging to the same family as bowls. Boccia is a Paralympic sport, often played by people with disabilities, which can help players to improve their motor skills and concentration. Active for All deliver weekly Boccia sessions at Plymouth Life Centre. Volunteers are needed to support the sessions by assisting to referee the games and to support and encourage players to join in. Your role may also include completing attendance registers and collecting player subs.
1. Support staff and volunteers with the delivery of Boccia games.
2. Assist with setting up and putting away session equipment.
3. Assist with the general running of the session e.g. completing attendance registers.
This role is based at the Plymouth Life Centre.
