Description

Offering general administration/office duties
Answering and re-directing calls and greeting visitors/ parents and children to the centre
The Children’s Centre’s aim to support local families and children with offering a base for midwifery, family support work, parent groups etc with a view to engaging and supporting families access support and advice services and overcome any barriers to positive family lives.

To be a positive friendly first point of contact and engagement for visitors to the centre(s)
Sign visitors/parents into building and sessions
Re-direct telephone calls appropriately or positively take messages and pass on swiftly
Assist centre staff with general office and service administration tasks to help maintain accurate appropriate information for the mutual benefit of the centre and parents and families.
